ITINERA EMILIA APS is a cultural association founded by Daniela Lanfredi and Elisabetta Ivaldi, licensed tourist guides for the Emilia Romagna Region. A reality that collects the work legacy and the many years of experience of Itinera Emilia Cooperative and expands its operational capabilities and multidisciplinary skills at the service of tourism, equipping it with new professionalism and ancillary services.

A transformation intended to guarantee a broad spectrum promotion of the territory which, starting from the organization of guided tours, provides real inclusive experiences in order to spread and preserve the culture and popular traditions of Emilia Romagna in general and of Parma and the Province in particular. Operating both in the design and implementation of personalized itineraries, and in the design and implementation of integrated services related to cultural and tourist offer.

We have also included the naturalistic side as many of our guides are also qualified to accompany excursions (G.A.E.). In our proposals you will find the dedicated section in Outdoor experiences with proposals suitable for everyone.

We are Tourist Guides "by passion" and "with passion", ambassadors of the territory and culture who, with their constant presence, carry out functions of promotion, protection and protection of the common heritage.

Other tourist guides licensed in the Emilia Romagna area are collaborating with the founding members: Cristiana Capelli, Elena Ravazzi Asada and Monica Vanin.

Itinera APS also has in its staff professional figures with different skills in the artistic field related to art, music, theater and able to enrich the range of proposals offered: Giacomo Bertolini, Claudio Javier Pollachini.

The Association has always been particularly sensitive in offering accessible visits also to people with disabilities, as well as visits for children who need specific language and tools.

All this is Itinera Emilia APS. An important mission that is for us the great challenge to be developed starting from 2021.

Daniela Lanfredi
Daniela Lanfredi guida turistica parma

She is President of Itinera Emilia APS.

She strongly wanted this Association, convinced that modern tourism must open up to new ways of using it.

Graduated in Foreign Languages ​​and Literatures, as well as being a Tourist Guide and Tour Leader she is also a free-lance translator for English and French.

In 2019 he obtained the 1st level APR (Parmigiano Reggiano Taster) diploma, issued by the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium. She recently obtained a new qualification as an Environmental Hiking Guide.

During 2020 she specialized in tactile visits to artistic assets for the blind and visually impaired.

Born and raised in Parma, with a natural interest in interpersonal relationships, she prefers itineraries that combine different themes: Art, Music, Nature and Food and Wine, the latter passion inherited from the family.

Her visits are fun opportunities to enrich one's cultural and human baggage.

Elisabetta Ivaldi

She is Vice President of Itinera Emilia APS.

It is the soul of the Association, having great skills combined with a tireless commitment.

Graduated in Foreign Languages ​​and Literatures and in History of Art, she is a Tour Guide and Tour Leader with more than twenty years of experience.

The passion for travel and the cultures of the world has led her to specialize in itineraries dedicated to foreign customers, to whom she shows the most characteristic aspects of Italianness, first of all art, food and wine and the great excellences of the territory.

She is a 1st level Parmigiano Reggiano Taster, having obtained the Diploma issued by the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium in 2019. In 2020 she obtained the Environmental Hiking Guide License and specialized in tactile views of artistic assets for the blind and visually impaired.

Very curious, she loves traveling and meeting new realities, she loves music, dance, walking in the mountains and ... running! She speaks English, French, Russian, Spanish.

Cristiana Capelli

Cristiana Capelli is a tour guide of Parma and Emilia Romagna.
Graduated in Foreign Languages ​​and Literatures and in Art History, she carries out both the activity of guide and that of escort with interest and passion.

She boasts a long collaboration with the Consortia of typical food products of the area and has been a guide for the main art, history and collecting exhibitions organized in Parma.

During 2020 she specialized in tactile visits to artistic assets for the blind and visually impaired.

Elena Ravazzi Asada

Laureata in Lingue e Culture dell’Asia Orientale presso Ca’ Foscari di Venezia, dalla natia provincia di Vicenza si trasferisce diversi anni fa sulle colline di Parma dove, assieme al compagno, gestisce un agriturismo in un antico borgo rurale.

Guida Turistica di Parma e dell'Emilia Romagna, Guida Ambientale Escursionistica, ama accompagnare le persone alla scoperta delle eccellenze della zona: dalle meraviglie enogastronomiche ai luoghi magici e poco conosciuti dell’Appennino, senza escludere i tesori storico-artistici della città.

Appassionata di cultura tradizionale giapponese, paese da cui trae l’altra metà delle sue origini e di fotografia, ama il contatto con la gente e con la natura.

Monica Vanin

With a past as a journalist, writer and teacher, a degree in law and one in history, the vocation to the activity of tour guide, discovered along the way, becomes the heart of Monica's professional life.

Between 2019 and 2020, new stages expand her training: the refresher course on typical products, organized by the “Parma City of Gastronomy” Product Club; the 1st level course and diploma of Parmigiano Reggiano Taster (APR), issued by the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium and the qualification as an Environmental Hiking Guide, consistent with his passion for the natural environment and the history of ancient paths.

Being a guide sums up the best of Monica's experience: the happiness of the relationship, the passion for everything that is beautiful (and good, in every sense) and the enthusiasm to share it with tourists from all over the world!

Giacomo Bertolini

Born in Parma, he owes his passion for music and sports to his family.

At age 8 he fell in love with the cello thanks to M° Giulia Rossi.

At the age of 11 he was accepted into M° Michele Ballarini's class at the Conservatorio "Arrigo Boito" in Parma, where he earned his First Level Academic Diploma in the three-year cello course.

Later, to further his studies, he moved to Trento at the "F.A. Bonporti" Conservatorio where he will earn his Second Level Academic Diploma in the Biennial course of the same instrument, under the guidance of M° Stefano Guarino.

He is currently enrolled in the Chamber Music Biennale course at the Conservatory of Parma, in the class of M° Pierpaolo Maurizzi.

He has had several orchestral and chamber music experiences: he was part of the Youth Orchestra of Via Emilia and the Italian Youth Orchestra (OGI); he also collaborated, at the request of M° Carla Delfrate, in the chamber and orchestral project of the Conservatorio of Mantua.

He has studied with such distinguished artists as: the Trio di Parma, the Avos Quartet, M° Bonomini, M° Martini, M° Zoltan, M° Sardelli, M° Waskiewicz, M° Maurizzi, M° Zlotnikov, M° Clein and M° Magariello.

He has also taken part in masterclasses at the European level, such as the "Mediterranean Cello Class Meeting" in its first three editions: Corfu, Madrid and Parma.

He plays both individually and with colleagues at book presentations, festivals, cultural events or ceremonies.

Claudio Javier Pollachini

Claudio completed his studies in Argentina, his homeland and there he began his career as a Professor in Music Disciplines.

Vocal & Performing Art Coach holds courses and internships for professionals who use the voice as their main working tool.

He is a composer and arranger and organizes events based on sensory experiences, taking care of the direction and all related technical aspects.

A multifaceted artist, he performs in concerts ranging from classical to Celtic repertoire and in multidisciplinary shows including music, visual arts and dance.

Choral, Artistic and Musical Director, he has been following the Voceinkanto Choir of Parma for several years.

Always looking for new paths, in 2018 she becomes DanzaMovimentoTerapeuta APID®️ n.517 (COLAP - MISE L4 / 2013) working on various themes: fears, phobias, living space, reset of bioeutony.
